If an unborn baby is diagnosed with an adverse medical condition, such as ancephely, the mother still has to give birth to the baby. The question is, will she first have the baby killed before or during the birth or will she have the birth with no attempt to kill the baby. Her choice is not whether or not to give birth, for alive baby or dead baby she will give birth. I think you meant to say you would not ask the woman to carry the child to term, but would accept an abortion to terminate the life of the child. Many parents do decide to carry, even children with lethal conditions, to term or until God terminates the pregnancy.
