“They want a one party state, 100% control of T.V. news, Radio news/talk shows, your healthcare, and finally your wallet.”

Bingo. It’s called communism and it’s the Hillary Clinton utopia. Absolute power over the masses. If she’s elected this is where we are headed.

This all began gaining traction with mcstain-feingold. They are now progressing to the next logical step. Places like FR will certainly be the next target.

“it’s ‘unpatriotic’ to not vote for the party”

When slogans like this become the norm, and are believed and embraced by a great amount of the people, then slaves ye shall be.

No offense but look around. And then flip over to Fox News. Not saying all of Fox is bad, but some of them already believe that. Clearly.

Course the flip side is you have the same nonsense the opposite way on some of the other stations. Politics is nothing more than a team sport to some. And our leaders are glad to hear it.

Thanks to the left, there hasn’t been any freedom of speech for many years (for white male Christians). It’s no surprise that the left is going to use the full power of the government to eliminate opposing viewpoints. The left is essentially stalinist, so that’s no surprise.

Precisely. They do seem to be pushing in that direction, don’t they?

The genie is out of the bottle. There is no silencing us now.

Yeah, that's how I feel too....they will have to try to cram the Fairness Doctrine through the same way they have tried to cram the immigration bill through....all the while Talk Radio raising frikkin hell over it. They can't shut down Talk Radio UNTIL they pass the Fairness Doctrine, in the meantime Talk Radio is going full blast against them....its really quite a pickle for shrillary and boxershorts.

The key is to vote in the primary elections against the existing senators and reps that don’t represent you. Organizations like Club for Growth and Free Enterprise Fund support conservative, pro growth candidates in the primaries to oust the existing that are serving special interests.

We need to flush the toilet in DC and elect new reps/senators (although mine are good), then pass term limits, so this doesn’t happen again.

So, what do you think this "fix" will be?

Holding all hosts to a "standard" selected by politicians whereby those who say the wrong thing are kicked off the air?

Forcing radio stations to counterbalance "right wing" shows with lefty broadcasts?

Pulling the license of radio stations that do not comply?

All of the above?

I would hope that many Democrats would be alarmed! If this happens, it will be time to hit the streets again, like in 2000.

WOW, I sure hope they try, I can think of no better way to insure that EVERY conservative in the country comes out to vote in 08!!!

What a couple of white trash socialists.

Hey Hitlery, Babs, how about we just repeal Free Speech altogether, that will make it a LOT easier for you to ensure ONLY your opinions get out! They you can show up at ALL your speeches and be assured of not getting “Booed” by EITHER side!

Would such legislation pass the constituionality test?

Don't put anything past these totalitarians (Democrats AND Republicans). CFR passed. Property confiscation passed.

Yea, and among those things will be any clandestine radio receivers.
