Hard to believe that she did not know that she wasn’t a citizen.
In 40 years did she never look at her birth certificate? If she didn’t have one did she not wonder where it was?

There are many confusing laws.
For example, if you and your parents are legal immigrants, and your parents become citizens before you reach the age of 18, you automatically become a citizen.

I find it hard to believe they would deport her to Cuba. I am no fan of illegal aliens, but she is not an illegal. If this headline is correct, it is a travesty.

You can’t be deported if you’re not an illegal. She is being deported, therefore she is an illegal. Right?

She is being deported, therefore she is an illegal. Right? Wrong. She is being deported because she voted, not because she is an illegal immigrant. If she had not voted there would be no problem.

No, legal residents can be deported for committing some types of crime.

She is a criminal just like anyone else who commits voter fraud.

"Of course, there are those who want to deport everyone in sight. That doesnt make em right."

"If they can do this to me, they can do it to anybody," she said. That's what we're counting on!

This is like a foundling child who’s been adopted by good foster parents at the age of three months; spends the next fourteen years happily with his adopted family, and then has his “real” parents, a pair of lowlife trailer trash, come to claim him.

She’d have a bit more credibility with me if she’d hold off on the “how can they do this to my family?” routine until after the hearing.

I, for one, don’t want to “deport everyone in sight” or whatever. I want to deport the 20-50 million illegal aliens who are here soaking up our benefits, causing hospitals to close, birthing “anchor babies”, dealing drugs, taking jobs from Americans, committing heinous crimes (every day), killing citizens, and bringing diseases with them. Comprende?
