In the meantime, all the invective has scarcely changed the poll findings. Giuliani is now the bete noir of many on FR, yet seems to also have his supporters.

It has to be more than just that if we want to win. Antipathy to Hillary alone won’t bring the Republicans to victory. In order for Republican voters to be truly motivated, they have to have a genuine affection for their candidate. If our motivation is merely the desire to defeat the other side, we lose.
