Extremely serious in that recent Israeli leadership has been restraining so long any external preemptive actions.

There is already an established history of dealings in missile and other prohibited tech between Iran and NK. I see zero reason not to assume that NK is actively engaged in aiding and supporting any and all enemy’s of the West in general and the US specifically.
There is also a long established history of the USSR using NK Special Purpose Force personnel as trainers and support cadre for any “anti-western” terror organization that asked for help from the late ‘60s until the collapse of the USSR.
So it should be assumed that the NK knows who to talk to about what and how to arrange any logistics details.
I also think it would be foolish to assume that the NK has given up so much as to have disarmed itself of nukes. The safer assumption would be that enough were built to have a few extra to spare and share.
Of course, I’m only guessing from the same stuff everyone else has available, so I may well be way off, and Syria, Iran and NK are really nice places filled with fun folk. Who knows?

Completely plausible, ominous, and probably directed by China. NK has served the purpose (the Middle East is loaded) and must now resume regular, innocuous activities.

...Israeli jets "bombed a Syrian-Iranian missile base in northern Syria that was financed by Iran... It appears that the base was completely destroyed." Would that it were so!

If Israel will bomb only missile sites in Syria, what will it do to nuclear sites in Iran? What needs to be done.

After all, if Israel gets nuked out of existence, that will help all those Palestinians that the world cares so much about.

Good thing Nixon and Kissinger dragged China into the 20th century

I call for an immediate investigation into the role Kucinich and Pelosi had in supplying Syria with nuclear weapons.
(That's not over the top rheotic, is it?)

"Something is going on at the moment." What if the Israelis are just clearing their path to Tehran of any AA batteries that might cause them trouble?

I hope you are right, but remember, it is mostly liberals who write the history and teach it....(sigh)
Hopefully, the American people will wake up and realize how dangerous the world is truly becoming. I would not be surprised if some of Syria’s ‘materials’ came from Iraq before the war!
To: Uncle Miltie
Who knows.
But to do that it would take more than just one little attack like this.

Those of us who follow Biblical prophecy have long known that Damascus is gonna go up in smoke.
To: unixfox
Wow, who would have thunk it? I'm sure Kucinich brought it up over dinner with Bashar...

So the Israelis have 499 more “Bunker Busters” left in their arsenal(out of the 500 we gave them)? Just wondering where the other 499 targets are?

But...but... Butt......."The Road to peace goes through Syria"...... Yeah, it does, the same as the road to peace in WW2 went through Berlin and Tokyo.
The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.
