This clarifies what we’ve been talking about all along.

When info is slow in emerging, but the size of the hole comes out anyway, a big hole is suggested.

Big hole means....

LOL(about leftist blog)! On a more serious note, it makes one wonder why Iran is so defiant in view of the US presence? Could it be that they already have a nuke and are hoping for an excuse to use it against our troops in Iraq or against Israel? These are truly scary times we live in and I am sure glad we have grown-ups in the WH!!

What’s next? Tomorrow’s headline? “ Israel strikes oil near Dead Sea. “

according to what i’m seeing it means . . . something sensitive (missile base, nuke facility, arms shipment destined for Hezbollah) obviously something that even Olmert didn’t like to see. It musta been something nasty for him to green light an op like this

"This is a very dangerous provocation little short of wantonly violating the sovereignty of Syria and seriously harassing the regional peace and security," a North Korean Foreign Ministry spokesman said.

Innnnteresting.

One wonders if North Korea's mitts were scorched by this raid....

Excellent chart -- I'll repeat it, just to make the point....

It's just plain staggering that the MSM doesn't understand the larger strategy behind the Iraq invasion. And yet it's damned obvious from the map.

When Syria “whined” to the UN they failed to mention this because they know that if the world finds out they are in the nuclear business, it will change things rather dramatically. They are complicit in their deceit and Israel won’t stand by and let their enemies point weapons at their chests. Not gonna happen...This is just the start - Iran is next!

I think your surmise is very likely. Apparently, the attack took place deep in eastern Syria, near the Iraqi border. Syrian air defenses didn’t wake up until the Israelis were right on top of them. Bye-bye brand new billion dollar Russian air defense system. Also, (getting out tinfoil hat) I wonder if the Russians didn’t tip the Israelis on how to defeat the system. That way Russia gets to chalk up a sale, but they don’t have to have a nuclear-armed Iranian-Syrian axis on their border.

...what little they have left....

Despite Bush's protestations that the US would never accept a nuclear North Korea, the NKs exploded a device anyway. Now, surpise! They're supplying nuclear technology to our other enemies.

Duh.

Good thing Saddam is gone from Iraq, huh?

He could just buy the stuff.

Wasn't he negoitating to buy NK missles when we invaded?

Isaiah 17:1 (New International Version)

Isaiah 17
An Oracle Against Damascus
1 An oracle concerning Damascus:
“See, Damascus will no longer be a city
but will become a heap of ruins.

>>Those of us who follow Biblical prophecy have long known that Damascus is gonna go up in smoke.”

Those of us who adhere to biblical principles also know....there will never be peace in the middle east.

Not until da main man returns. :>)

WMD’s From Iraq May be a large part of this, in my opinion.
Hussein could have had them moved prior to our strike.

The Dems worst nightmare.
