Brain Booger Overload, AKA, the "Mini Me" twitch.
It is indicative of environmentally induced nerve deterioration caused by neurosis and olfactory hallucination. It is also found in coke addicts , but is also prevalent in Islamofascists.

Nose twitch = Distaste for the person or questions; the questions insulted him; and he felt superior to Pelley.

How many times did this twerp say “I’m the President of Iran”? I lost count at three.

We can always "kick him" down into the WTC footprint from the the stret-level....
....and watch him land in the dirt below with no safety net or inflatable cushion.

Read the comments at the end of the article. Absolutely mind boggling that they were written by American citizens.
Seems the majority of CBS's audience (that took the trouble to comment) think Ahmadinejad is more trustworthy than President Bush and there is no evidence that Iran is aiding the terrorists in Iraq and killing American troops.
Personally - Scott Pelly did a great job of wrong footing the premier terrorist currently alive. Thats a first for CBS.....
Petraeus's Surge may be having a hugh effect in the United states as well as Iraq...

I thought the nose twitch was a bit of a tic on the right side of his face including the nose area. The right side of the body is governed by the left brain, which is the rational, linguistic side of the brain. Also I noticed that his blink rate increased on some of his answers. I think this correlates with lying. I hope our brains in intelligence know all this and were analyzing his nuances of body language as much as possible. Actually one good reason to let him talk to our “gentle” questioners of the press and academia.
