Hillary’s laugh wasn’t a laugh at all. It’s what you call a cackle.

Well, we've got a war going on, social security is going bankrupt, an invading army is pouring over our southern border, and we've killed 50 million babies over the past few decades -- so my questions are:
which presidential candidate has the worst phone etiquette, and which one has the most annoying laugh?

For Clinton, her tendency to burst out in a giggle during some public appearances That wasn't a giggle. It was a nervous cackle she uses when not asked a softball question.

Dick Morris said she’s counseled to laugh instead of getting angry. By laughing, she turns off the body language of anger.
So you can assume whatever she laughed at, she’s gonna get you for later.

The majority of real voters are laughing and scared of Hillary Clinton extremely annoying B**hy laughter. Her meanness, her arrogance, her screeching voice, her scary facial gestures, and her laughter are going to crush her in the general elections let alone her socialism, her huge flip flops on major issues, and per extreme left wing liberalism on fiscal and social issues. Neither her nor the media are going to change it.

I miss Bob Newhart.Saw his show on TVLand last week. More laughs in 30 minutes than I had watching TV in 2 years.

As usual Dick Morris always describes whatever Clinton does as smart and powerful when in reality this laughter and many other things she does are a killer for her chances to become President.

This from a woman that once expressed admiration for Hitlers delivery method...
She is crudely aware of not only her image problems but her delivery as well...
The RNC had best make her pay for such foolishness with an ad suggesting that she is something less than serious in the face of the problems we face today...
Somthing along the lines of "The war on Terror, it's not a laughing matter"...
If you ask me she just stepped in it...a no win situation...if she goes back to being the Beast she reaffims thhat criticism..if she continues laughing...she is open to the other criticism...
Lately I'm not confident she will pay a price...

Maybe she thinks it sounds Presidential. Her husband had a similar laugh, and even President Bush has what could be described as a “cackle,” though his sounds less forced.

She laughed at times during questioning on Sunday morning television shows more than a week ago and then hooted with laughter when asked to respond to a critical comment from a rival candidate at a debate last Wednesday in New Hampshire.
Well that is one way of avoiding an answer
I guess her handlers figure it is better than a couple of hundred "I don't recalls"

A woman laughter is not a man laughter, big difference between the two. When a woman laughs like Hillary Clinton it is called a “b*** laughter”.

That’s what I was thinking -
the laugh misdirects her and her observers from her
“HOW DARE YOU!”
reaction.

A “giggle”? Not. Anyone who minimizes Hilary’s weirdness is missing the fact, fair or not, that a woman who wants to be the first female president is going to be scrutinized very closely by the American public. In this case that cackle makes her seem a bit wacky.
