When the charity receives the money raised by the auction, it will release a statement praising Rush for his support of the troops. The higher the high bid, the more publicity the statement will get. I could see the letter drawing some big bids given that it probably will be a valuable piece of memorabilia. This is so clever and so cool. I hope Rush really does this.

If he wanted to jack up the price a little more, he could throw in dinner with Rush Limbaugh, to the winning bidder.
That letter will go for big bucks, wish that it wasn’t out of my league, but it is.

I have to tell you, Rush Limbaugh is not only the smartest guy in the room, he’s the smartest guy in the media.
I will wait for a Republican Senator with testicles to praise Rush’s contributions, once again, to our military with this brilliant idea. I will bet a dollar to a donut that Rush will also make a personal contribution after the auction is over. I base this on the fact that Rush promotes the yearly Leukemia & Lymphoma Society pledge drive on his show and he always makes a personal contribution of over $200,000 to the cause.
The man has more class in his little finger than all the Rats and Rinos in the Congress combined.
