I think he does know the Word of God and seeks the Kingdom as an individual Christian man. What he doesn’t appear to know is the Word of Islam. In an effort to keep from upsetting the Muslims in the allied countries (Jordan, Egypt, Algeria, Kuwait, Morocco, Turkey, etc.) He has made a statement that is not true.(God = Allah) He could have made a statement of support without trying to equate what is not equatable. Maybe we need to look at the background and experience of his present corp of speech writers.

Notice that at no point do they ever call for Christians and Muslims to be treated equally. But they *always* add qualifications that they can, and *always* do, exploit.

That is, just by being a Christian, you are “waging war” against Muslims.

And just by being a Christian, you are “oppressing” Muslims.

And just by being a Christian, you are “driving them out of their homes.”

But they *never* call for Christians and Muslims to be treated equally.

When I say he does not know the Word of G-d, It is because Genesis 17:20-21.

The covenant is only with Isaac not Ishmael.

It is not clear that Islam descended from Ishmael.

He seems to have no pastor to feed him the Word.
