Never forget! Media matters is the spawn of Hillary. They started this, not Harry Reid. How soon before they are quoted again as a source in the lame-stream media?

"... by calling upon Rush Limbaugh to give our troops the apology they deserve."
Listening to and reading the democrats' clear insincerity when talking about how much they love and respect our troops never fails to shock and amuse me. It's like watching someone caught red-handed committing some crime going on and on about the evils of alcoholism, which of course is responsible--insincere, and you both KNOW it's insincere, but he HAS to keep up the facade.

You can always tell when a real soldier speaks and when one of those phony soldiers speak.
To: pookie18
Yet he thinks that his opinion on the war is worth more than those who have been on the front lines. No, Senator Reid, you effing moron - he thinks his opinion is worth more than those who HAVEN'T served. Hence his comment about phony soldiers - pretenders to military service.

Reid lives on that famous river in Egypt. He could read these words and never see their meaning, listen to them and never hear what’s being said.

This Special Forces officer is spot-on with all his observations... especially this one:
Senator Reid's seven minute speech is a monumental indicator of the importance that the Democratic Party places on taking Rush out of the game. I do not expect this to be the last attack.

Basically, what Reid & the Lefties get all a-twitter over is that soldiers should be able to express OPPOSITION to the war (no one disagrees, Senator).
BUT: recall the soldier who tried to express his SUPPORT for the war effort at the Daily Kos Convention. THAT soldier was summarily dismissed and dressed down for daring to express such sentiments WHILE IN UNIFORM. Remember?

Funny, why didn’t Reid or anyone else jump in to defend THAT soldier’s right to free speech? I think we know the answer.
