Romney out. Congratulations Freepers on ensuring there was no conservative in the race. (Vanity)

Sure. Blame the FReepers. It’s always got to be someone else’s fault. It has nothing to do with the candidates themselves. I know that. Damn FReepers!

McAmnesty is now the nominee!

Bush’s lame duck session begins, and a Democrat is going to be President, McDole is DOA election day.

Romney knows how to talk like a conservative.

If it weren’t for his record of allowing gay marriage in Massachussetts, his pseudo-socialized health care plan, his gun grabbing and tax increases ... he’s a real Ronald Reagan.

Conservatives lost when Thompson dropped out.

Romney was simply the lesser of evils.

Conservatives care about the United States so much ... that they're willing to DEFEAT McCain to save the nation!!!

Please tell me how installing Hillary or Obama as president will save the nation.

My primary is in April and I will vote for Ron Paul as a protest vote at that time.

Looks like we’ve got a FUBAR or possibly a FOUL ODORS situation here.

Yes, let’s all start blaming each other. JUST what they want! Do you really think any thing about this election has anything to do with any of us? We didn’t even get to vote! The candidate was ‘selected, and it wasn’t by any of us, don’t you see that?

McCain was going nowhere, early on. It was a PRIMARY! Yes, ALL of us would have embraced Romney early on if we had known the media and GOP were going to push McCain at the end.

Hindsight is real easy to grab onto and blame others. Why didn’t YOU warn us about McCain if you were so smart?

Like the others, Romney couldn’t seal the deal with voters. That’s the bottom line. He certainly spent enough to get his message out. People just didn’t bit either because of the flip-flopper stench or religious bigotry.

I think Jim and many Freepers had a hard time on what to do in this election. We were like ping pong balls going from Hunter to Fred and then to either huck or Mitt. You do bring up one good point though, why was there no mcCain truth file created?

One has to wonder if those who supported Mitt will now listen to him and stop Hill/Obamma from winning.

I’m up in the air.

You are a sore loser.

Your guy is a phony and a liar.

And you expected those of us who saw him for what he was to support him anyway.

Sorry man, we aren’t liberals.

I cannot speak about Iowa but to be fair NH allows anyone to vote in either primary by registering the same day so nonRepublicans tainted the race here. Fred and Hunter were nonfactors in this state.

No matter who is named VP, McCain is not right in the head. He can name Ann Coulter VP and I still would not vote for him. Third party is desperately needed.

Not in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that Rep. would choose Crazy McCain. He is feeble, talks to himself, and his wife had to help him off the plane.

Something wrong with his face also. If it is cancer, then he is in really bad shape.
