My #278 has one of the two GHWB speeches on New World Order.
Jan 16, 1991, before a joint session of Congress.

It was in reference to this thread being moved from news to bloggers. A mods sense of humor then put it in sidebar.

I take that last part back, it wasn’t in humor, more a sense to be ridiculed and scoffed at. I could be wrong, I have been once before. :)

"Do you really think you advance your cause.."I think what we are trying to do is wake you guys up.
You seem to claim the same cause as we do, but you are ignorant of the facts.
"..by acting as if anyone who is skeptical about the NAU is a scumbag traitor.."
Folks who resort to hyperbole..
"Here's a tip: It makes you look like a nut."

Silverback has a point. It's one thing to claim that the NAU is right around the corner, and explain why, and completely another to post an image of some Amero coins (for example) produced by some collectibles manufacturer and suggest it is dispositive evidence of the claim.
Meaning that (and I'm not speaking of you, specifically), that if you don't want to be treated like a kook don't act like one.

[Your Bush I quote]
"I am convinced not only that we will prevail but that out of the horror of combat will come the recognition that no nation can stand against a world united, no nation will be permitted to brutally assault its neighbor."
Or defend its own borders, against a rush of cheap labor, so my pals in Park Avenue can comprehensively break wages and ostensibly compete with Chinese prison labor. Or break wages and not compete, and just enjoy the cheap labor, which their Darwinian consequentiality has always been entitled to.
To: lentulusgracchus
he heh. And GWB proposes to spend 1.4 billion (or something like that) for Southern border protection for Mexico. Fences, sensors, helicopters, hummers, training.

Important issue. Has it been getting much press? No, unfortunately, it has not.
This will be rammed down our collective throats in stealth mode.

“So many comments..... wow.”
This is what happen when the Mods took it from News/Activism to Personals/Blogs to Breaking News.
(they're attempting humor)

Looks like there’s only a handful of *NON-KOOKS* here.
Fun thread though.

More so than in the past? We've been allowing Mexican trucks into the U.S. since at least the early 90's. I don't see how allowing many Mexican trucks 20 or 25 miles into the U.S. makes that much of a difference over allowing a few into the rest of the country.
That's what makes that argument so humorous. It's as if you are arguing that raising the speed limit will encourage drunken driving.
To: Man50D
You're pathetic and as phony as a two dollar bill. Nothing pathetic or phony that I can see.
To: Dog Gone
You have a point. Pathetic, maybe . . .but definitely no phony.

Am I weird for being just a little bit turned on by that?

It is surprising to me that the mods would move this thread to ridicule it. I thought most of us gave substance to the NAU plan and the integration of the SSP, Amero, and highway plans. Not that we were in favor of it, but that the plan is real.
Thanks, pph.
To: jmc813
I don’t think so. Both of the girls are pretty cute (especially the one on the right) and well-dressed (demure but sexy) . . . the fact that they both go toe-to-toe (although the one on the left has a tennis swing and appears to have the edge) is a subconscious signal to you (if you are male) that they would make excellent mates (they are capable of protecting the children).
