We haven't laughed this hard since we were with Ted Kennedy after signing socialized medicine in Massachusetts and after introducing amnesty legislation for undocumented aliens. Man I wish we all could have been together -- this guy's a hoot.

Actually, Massachusetts did comparatively well during the Romney years. We have a lot of vendors and customers in that area so I know.
I can't tell you if that was due to the national economy (Bush's so-called tax cuts for the rich) or some fiscal clean-up from the previous administrations. I suspect it was some of both.
Bottom line, is that things improved enough for them that the idiots in the Commonwealth went back to their default setting of electing crooked Lieberal Democrats and businesses are already back to fleeing the state again.
Heck, even the illegal aliens are leaving now.
Knowing how the private sector works as well as Romney does is by no means a guarantee of fiscal governance, but it is a far better indicator than the sloganeering flowing out of the mouth of a Doofus like Huckabee who has no actual experience.
Rudy for all his RINo positions likewise deserved credit for knowing how an economy works. Either one of them would have been better than the Soros stooge who ended up with the nomination.
The one thing I agreed with Romney on was his plans for all the illegals in this country.
He and McCain couldn’t be further apart on that subject.

He paid 150 bucks for a media/tv appearance consult. He went to the first appointment and skipped the second b/c it was a waste of his time and money. Until he became Gov. his wife cut his hair.

Hands down Mitt has spent less on his appearance than any other candidate. But wait Mitt isn't in the race anymore. So why are you so obsessed with his appearance that you want to bring up something from one year ago? You've been thinking about Mitt's looks a long time there partner. My advice is back off the obsession with other men's appearances.
Perhaps the taxpayers should ask for the 250 mill in security for the Atlanta games in 96 as well.
Seeing as how The Romney led Olypmics was the largest Post-9/11 National security operation and it went on without a hitch (ie bombing like Atlanta), I'd say the Federal money Romney spent on putting Cops at checkpoints and sent Special Forces crawling all over the mountain ski trails was well spent. On Olympics day there were more troops defending America than in Afghanistan due to the security exercise here for the Olympics. Romney proved his National Security expertise during the Olypmics. That is where most of the Federal money went. (Ironically "Nat. Security expert" McCain wanted to cut the law enforcment money form the Feds, but that's another matter.)
Hint, most conservatives want us to conduct National Security exercises like the one Romney did during the Olympics. It's the liberal MSM who wants to criticize it as they broke this "non-story" which has been picked up and repeated by what Stalin called a "Useful..." well you get the picture. Do some more homework before you parrot the liberal MSM argument about Romney, money and the Olypmics.
I could go down the list. (IE Tancredo "the Illegal alient expert" had illegals work for him as well, as have many Americans). But why should I waste my time every time someone re-posts the DNC talking points about Romney.
