Lol. I should have been more mindful before I posted that.
What I meant was during the Jedi Civil War, (yes there’s a complete 10,000 year history of Star Wars, go figure) Darth Malak and Darth Revan were Sith, but they commanded bands of Jedi who were not Sith but had turned to the darkside (for the cookies of course). They were Dark Jedi. Obama would have to fall in that category since the Jedi stand with the republic and for democracy. Obama doesn’t pass that litmus test.

Lucas did, however, have one definitive answer: Barack Obama would most certainly be a Jedi. “I would say that’s reasonably obvious,” he said. Certainly explains why I was rooting for the Empire at the end of Episode II & III.
Only George Lucas could take what started as a clearcut battle between good and evil and F#$% it up so badly that people would be cheering for the Empire by the time he finished.
