Got a link?
“Barack Obama needs to grow up”
No, he needs to be put in jail.
Wow. What a crappy, uninformative "statement". Where are the details to support these claims?
If I were the MSM, I would NOT give this any air time, either.
Plus Gov. Blunt is Govonor of the home state of legendary conservitive talkradio show host Rush Limbaugh.
The Missouri AG is DEMOCRAT Jay Nixon, who is himself running for governor!
Barack: "Governor, that's a lie! Misleading and dishonest! Sieze him, men!"
“If I were the MSM, I would give this any air time, either. “
The Gov of a State says this and you would ignore it? Wow, guess we know who you are voting for.
The war on terror is in America’s voting booths.
Free Republic, itself, has a special mention at the top of the page. You do visit Free Republic, right? Look for this in both bold and color:
Prosecutors and sheriffs from across Missouri are joining the "Obama Truth Squad." Speak out against Obama, face prosecution. FR discussion threads.
Thank goodness somebody is standing up to this.
The “statement” on the Gov’s website, quoted above. It has no details at all. Just names names and points the finger.
From what I gather from other articles posted over the last couple of days, the BozObama campaign, aided by various law enforcement officials, were telling media outlets that anyone placing an ad that told “lies”(in other words anything that told the truth) about BozObama would be prosecuted. Last time I looked that was considered to be against the law.
I think your figure is low...
“assuming allegations are proven”
Well, of course that’s the major assumption. It’s the difference between claiming something to be true and proving it to be true.
However, the allegation from the Gov’s statement, “abusing the justice system and offices of public trust to silence political criticism with threats of prosecution and criminal punishment” if proven, presents a prima facie case.
The videos of the two Mizzou public servants who went on record about this is admissible into evidence against them. Getting them or anyone else to fess up to name others who were also part of this alleged conspiracy presents problems.
Also, it certainly would have been a stronger case if someone was actually arrested and prosecuted pursuant to the gestapo edict. It would be great to see someone from the Show Me state test it out. But it doesnt look like they would be arrested now in light of the governor’s statement.
This is JMO based on about five minutes thinking about it- my first impression.
At the very least, some hard hitting 527 ads need to be circulated bigtime to expose the audacity of the pogrom.
exactly my thoughts
the Gov has said this and obama is trying to silence people and to some it’s no big deal
FFS
this is the change what will come if that scrotum gets in
