Maybe they went to the one in St. Louis.

A lot of people make that mistake.

The same thing happened at the University of Montana either last year or in 2006. A group of young Muslim students came here for some type of seminar/training/education program and were no-shows at their classes, too. I don’t remember what the status of those missing students ended up being. I know some were found and returned home (to Saudi Arabia or Egypt IIRC).

When found, the students said the reason they left was because Seattle was just too liberal and anti-American for them.

Check Rick’s strip club or the bars down in Pioneer Square.

There are dozens of universities in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the Emirates, and throughout the Middle East. There are even US universities opening branches in the Middle East. There is no reason to import these people of questionable loyalty for an education.

How many Germans and Italians were taken in on temporary education visas during WWII? Are there any adults in charge nowadays?

Dear Admin: I know rules are rules are rules, however the source for a “duplicate post” oftentimes is different with additional info or a differing perspective. Since a “first post” quickly scrolls off the bottom of the page, those of us who may look in late in the day may miss a thread of potential interest along with it's integral following reply posts. Just my 2 cents or whatever the current copper salvage value may be.

You got that right.

Each year we have thousands of foreign nationals from third world countries come to the states for training of some sort.

Once these guys get here and see what America is all about, and the women, many just run away and live the dream while they can.
