For example, Bill Clinton President, 401K’s lose 40 percent last two years - ecstatic, life has never been better. George Bush President, 401K’s lose 30 percent, Doom and Gloom, wrong direction, failed policies, yada yada yada. Obama, oh happy days, etc.
