I’d like to believe that, but I have too little faith in humanity anymore.

This... person... is, to me, a very strong argument in favor of the death penalty. Anyone who can laugh in the face of someone whose loved ones he murdered does not deserve to take another breath.

Oakland: rape capital of America, 3rd place for murders. It takes a special kind of city to beat out Detroit, St. Louis, and Compton in rapes per capita. But it falls to 5th in the overall 2007-2008 violent crime rankings because of lower reported aggravated assault and burglary. Maybe its a cultural thang, with the refrain "stop snitchin" getting more respect.

Life sentences in California prisons almost always provide cover for the new inmate. They are received as incorrigible and move into the prison gang administration after proving their bonefides.

The fact that the death penalty is so under-used in this country is a crime.

Slime like this is an offense to mother earth. Slime like this needs to be removed from the planet. Slime like this needs public killing. Hanging is good.
