Guy already has a couple of strikes against him. Besides having the most corrupt regime of the 21st Century, there’s this problem of the Obama Depression.

I love the word "regime", particularly when it fits.

Won't be long and you'll see that it does.

“Those big parties on the week of Jan. 20th, what exactly is that all about? Is that the week Obama finishes fixing everything so I don't have to pay my mortgage anymore?”

How can something that has yet to happen be judged by anyone?

I agree with those that think it must be better than I expected simply because of the voters who feel betrayed by 0’s choices.

read my #117. Just because this Administration has been a failure on so many levels and I actually point it out I should go to DU?? Look at the results of this guy's stewardship for goodness sakes!

Look at the record and look at what it has brought us - Dem domination of all three branches. I believe Bush deserves more than a little credit for this disaster.

Ignoring the truth and attacking/insulting those who are prepared to discuss it is not an admirable trait.

So far? lol...yeah...so far, so good. Now let's talk again a few weeks after he's sworn in and starts actually working.

Has there ever been an "office of the President elect" before?

Clue me in I don't ever remember anyone ever having this kind of "Audacity".

Oh, gad, there are signs and portents all over the place. Check the tall guy in the middle ~ he lost $2,000,000,000 to Bernie Madoff ~ he can tell you that it only gets worse:

NO I don't like what he has done so far and I'm onto him. He tosses onein to take attention away from the ones that he will really count on to further his agenda. His method of mass distraction doesn't fool me. Photobucket

The 911 plane that ended up hitting the Pentagon flew directly over my house. That event was clearly a little leftover of the failures of the Clintonistas.

Nothing like that has happened since.

The Bush administration was a total success. The Democrats, on the other hand, are so filled with hate for America we can expect nothing good to come from them. They will not let us down in our expectations.

Time to stock up on duct tape and 3 mil plastic Fur Shur.

It will only get worse as Obama and his gang of Progressives repeat all the past excesses of proven, liberal idiots like Woodrow Wilson, FDR, JFK, LBJ, Jimmah, and of course, the Clintinoids (both). The future is bleak and getting bleaker by the day as this band of thieves gathers power and will use it to supress the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Just wait, it’s coming all too soon and the Republic and conservatism may soon become toast.

Actually, better. I certainly think he will have a better handle on the Economy than the idiots who have control now. From his pronoucements he actually seems to have thought it through.

W is a complete disaster IMO and I voted for him twice. Would not do it a third time no matter the opponent.

I agree with you that Bush was a huge disappointment. Even his one shining accomplishment, keeping the US terrorist attack-free for 7 years, has been tarnished by his refusal to defend his own actions, and so he has allowed the traitorous Left to slander the hell out of him and use that slander to convince the appallingly large number of uneducated dumbasses we have voting in this country that the war on terrorism is a failure. On fiscal issues, Bush is a liberal. On issues of government's proper role, Bush is a liberal.

Having said all of that, I have to comment that you are insane if you think Obama's policies are going to be anything less than disastrously worse than Bush's. Obama may have thought things through, but given that he is an open Marxist and is surrounded by anti-American socialists, that is of absolutely no comfort to me.

Look. Just because I criticize Bush (And IMO he deserves every bit of It) does not mean I support those types you mention in your post. Cut the crap!

I sincerely think the only reason we haven't been attacked is the incompetence of the terrorists. Out airports are secure but our borders are wide open.

IMO the Bush Administration was NOT a total success, unless you call the results of the last election good.

Frankly, not being able to even express an opinion without being accused of being on drugs or worse has gotten old. This place has become so closed and boring.

That's right, the Democratically controlled Congress had nothing at all to do with the situation. Bush tanked the economy all by himself. Yeah, right.

Failure to acquire 75 Senate seats deprived the Republicans of control of Congress. Too many RINOs, too many drunks, too many Democrats the whole time ~ and the Democrats were happy to stop any legislation of benefit to the people.

Over the last two years the Democrats took control of the federal budget by gaining a majority in the House.

Again, nothing good has come out of that crowd.

It's down hill all the way now.

a post that clearly points out why the conservative movement may just move forward.

We need to get past “its Bush’ s fault”...that is an old mantra that belongs to the Libs.

I think Obama hasn’t done anything different than Bush, he has all the old people from the Dems and is as usual Teflon and very vague. This is not a man of courage, character and values beyond “I am the king.”
