Its nice that you hold such a high opinion of Limbaugh. It appears to me that he has actually pursued his dream and has done something with his life. I may not always agree with some of his points, but at least he is a voice out there that forces discussion and offers something more than pablum of the pretender in chief. As to your cheap shot about Oxycontin, it makes me question if you think you are posting at the Daily KOZ. Unlike so many of the liberal ilk, Limbaugh actually dealt with his problem in spite of media and government interference. I haven’t seen anyone here posting that that Obama is still selling cocaine.

Now don’t be jealous that Rush answered Obama’s statement with one half of his brain tied behind his back.
I’m not a big Rush fan. But I was amazed that Obama found Limbaugh in his care zone the first week of his Presidency. Something is definitely up with that. I’m pleased with Rush’s response and I think he has a really good point with “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Free speech is looking to be in short supply for the next 4 years.
I’m with you Paige, over the years I find Rush is just like he says about being right about what, 97.5% ?(or more, he leaves a little leeway...). He has an incredible gift of desseminating the news dividing what they say against what they do and predicting how they’ll act.
I worship no MAN but I sure respect Rush and we are fortunate to have several good folks in the middle of the fray: Hannity, Rush, Levin and a few others, they’re priceless.
Oh yeah, his listeners are going to grow by leaps and bounds, his critics just don’t “get it” and step in it every time.
Like Rush said: Rule 13 in Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals... know your enemy... Rush knows his, and as a result will be able to get further under his skin.... Obama hasn’t a clue about Conservatives and how we think.
