It does appear that party affiliation may have something to do with this disparate treatment considering that the same U.S. Attorney who handled Stevens case should have jurisdiction here.
I don't know, there is a lot of beer out there, having been one of those 2 am drinkers in my misspent youth, I don't recall ever seeing a lady left alone in a bar, at closing time. Just saying.....
