The family should sue like there is no tomorrow. Okay the guy was an inmate....but the state should have had them in separate jails!!That means suing the Oklahoma taxpayer for this.
I'm tired of this crap.

No, not really. The “departed” was a co-defendant in a murder. He should have gotten the chair anyhow. This is one less social parisite that will be able to tie up the appellate courts for years to come and eventually get parolled and allowed to prey on law abiding citizens. Or even if he was to live a long happy life in prison.... its still at the taxpayer’s expense. I say his cell mate was paying back some of his debt to society by removing a common criminal from the equation and should be given 2 desserts at dinner hour.

Ok, with a name like Jessie James Dalton, did this guy ever have a chance to be a productive member of society?

Duran and Dalton were co-defendants in the January 2002 shooting death of Billy Wayne Ray in Oklahoma City.Another sure fire disaster. Wayne as a middle name.

So what. The Oklahoma taxpayer shouldn’t hire complete and total idiots for a job.
