Here we’ve got conservative grassroots organization with no clear leader

Not all conservatives as there were many dems I heard interviewed that are just as disgusted as the rest of us and that is the way it should be -- citizens united in a common cause!

You're referring to the protests by International ANSWER? I think people have, but nobody really knew who they were.

An appropriate comment for the spirit of the day :) It all comes down to the eternal 50% whom feel they have a right to take your productivity for themselves, that’s called slavery. The other half either submit or fight.

The only time it is grassroots is when it is government funded with billions of taxpayer dollars and sponsored by “the one” .. like ACORN /s

“We have CNBC on here at the office. NBC’s political reporter John Harwood did some nice editorializing on the tea parties, calling them “ridiculous” and making the false claim that Obama hasn’t raised taxes on anyone.

This, coming from their political REPORTER, not one of their left-wing pundits.”

John is technically correct, Obama has not raised taxes on anyone yet. What Obama allowed was worse. Committing $12.8 T of debt through the Fed which will create massive inflation and recrash the economy, at that time, permanently. $4 T was needed to recapitalize the banking system. The other $8 T committed is for securities that the East owns, notably China and ME. Guess what? We have lost our sovereignty with one stroke of the pen by Obama and most people do not even know that. If they really knew this, they would be storming Washington today not having mild tea party protests.

“Gee, coming together to voice dissent against our leadership was considered patriotic for the last several years. Now all of a sudden it is frowned down upon?

Why is that? When did this sudden change take place?

Wait... don’t tell me... let me guess...

Inauguration day?”

No, it began happening roughly a decade ago and turned into full blown state capture. Think of it like this: Sovereign nations lent us a few trillion. They are like investors of a business. You as the business owner are like Congress or a President. You do what the investors want more and more as they invest more money. The leadership does not think of these sovereign nations as direct competitors. But they are and now our government answers to them. We have lost our sovereignty and most people do not know it yet. But they will...

No, John is incorrect. Obama raised the cigarette tax a dollar a pack.

If I walked into a store and the staff scoffed and mocked me and everything I believe and hold dear, I’d walk out and never return. The MSM scoffs and mocks a large percentage of their customer base yet we seem to keep returning as if we have nothing else to do. We complain but then a great many of us keep watching. What we need to do is TURN OFF THE TV. Turn it off.

Have you mastered the Bible? Then why are you watching the MSM while your Bible gathers dust? There are hundreds, perhaps even thousands of books that are well worth your time. Have you read all of them? There are so many things we could do other than watching the MSM.

But, the fact that they are still in business indicates to me that a LOT of conservatives are STILL WATCHING. Stop watching. The loss of advertising money would put them out of business by Christmas of this year.

They only exist because we keep them in business, one way or another.

Sounds Like the Communists are scared of this!

They should be. They know the People aren't going to wait for November 2010 to take back the People's government.

Obama raised cigarette taxes substantially (a tax on low wage earners) to pay for children’s healthcare.

Also, cap and trade energy taxes are coming, as are significantly higher income, payroll, and sales taxes if Obama gets his way.

Let’s stop this bastard.

Shakir said, “...And it is not a grassroots movement when you have Jonathan Hoening, Neil Cavuto, Glenn Beck, Greta van Susteren promoting this up the wazoo...”

But it IS a grass movement when all of Hollywood comes out for leftists causes.

The leftists just don’t get it.
