This is EXACTLY why crime is so rampant in black communities. They DO NOT have functioning society, other than what we supply at our own expense, both monitarily and morally.
Its interesting. Crime for them is pretty much acceptable. Look at Africa. Corruption is Okay! If you look at Africans they relate to Chiefdoms. If a chief wants something, he just gos and takes it. Everybody accepts it and oh well-oh, things go on.
