My bet is that it’s a hoax. Given the sanitary nature of bottling, about the only way the toad could have gotten into a can is if a worker at the plant put it there deliberately.

Legal advise to figure out what to do??? Just let the poor frog go! and switch to Coca-Cola. The litigious twit needs a lawyer to tell him that?

I’ve been in plenty of food and pharmaceutical packaging plants, and I never saw one that wasn’t radically clean and careful.

how did a frog - or a toad - get into a Florida man's soda can?
Big webbed feet first, I guess

I am guessing jail time for the accuser.
If you watch their production line it is impossible for this to happen
The cans are washed, rinsed under pressure, and travel through a drying air jet UPSIDE DOWN until milliseconds immediately before they are filled.

A man tried to pull off this scam about 10 years ago with a mouse and a 16 oz can of Coors. He was exposed and sent to jail.
Anyone with any familiarity of how the cans are filled at the brewery, knew instantly it was a fraud but the local TV stations repeatedly ran the picture of the Coors can’s top being cut off and the dead mouse being poured out.
The local media hated Coors because the family backed Conservative causes and was at the time anti-union. The media’s purpose was to connect the Coors logo and packaging with a disgusting image to damage the brand. The tiniest bit of fact checking would have told them this was a hoax.
Naturally no apology from the media once the lie was exposed, they got to take a free shot at Coors and that is all that mattered.

When I was in PI during my Navy years, the Corpsmen always said you should hold your bottle of San Miguel up to the light and make sure there was nothing floating in it.
I never found anything, but I heard stories about those who had.

The man is seeking legal advice to determine what to do next.
He needs a lawyer to tell him to not drink any more of it and throw away the can?

Croaka Cola LMAO
Took a swig of pepsi and started gagging. Doesn't everyone do that?
Obviously this is the new 'organic' Pepsi, certified as genuine green food.
