You are talking to a person who understands where you are coming from...troops tride and true. Generals who want to win and will die for their soldiers....but you are talking about a new era....where the Commander in Chief will give his soldiers in order to win the hearts of his enemies...
do you understand this?

We are not fighting a war, we are fighting an ideology...an ideology I feel our soldiers may be defending themselves without support from the only ones who can supply them with what they need to win!!! CAN I BE ANY MORE CLEAR?

Obama's thin skin makes him dangerously vindictive, and his narcissistic psychosis can only be sated by humiliating his targets while he plots and executes their demise.

The more his inadequacies are exposed, the more personal - and at the same time insidious - his attacks will be.

Our military is in serious danger from this usurper IMO, and I hope McChrystal has the fortitude to put his patriotism ahead of his carreer, 'cause his job security is probably a little shaky right now.

God protect our Defenders.

Agreed, 4wb. McChrystal has company. General's Review Creates Rupture

.......................Senior military officials emphasized Monday that McChrystal's conclusion that the U.S. effort in Afghanistan "will likely result in failure" without an urgent infusion of troops has been endorsed by the uniformed leadership. That includes Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Mike Mullen and Gen. David H. Petraeus, the head of U.S. Central Command and architect of the troop "surge" strategy widely seen as helping U.S. forces turn the corner in Iraq. ...................

.........The commander's report, administration officials said, is only one of many "inputs" the president is considering. Others include assessments from the State Department, the intelligence community and his White House advisers.

Obama's decision is complicated by a deepening domestic political divide and no guarantee of success whichever option he chooses. One observer, characterizing the president's dilemma at its most extreme, said: "He can send more troops and it will be a disaster and he will destroy the Democratic Party. Or he can send no more troops and it will be a disaster and the Republicans will say he lost the war." ............

Sounds like a political calculation.

Sounds like a political calculation.

Sounds like the indecisive Ubama voting "present" again.

This is what happens when we elect a sock puppet that has never made a decision that had not been previously calculated, the outcome fixed.

I wonder if Karen DeYoung from WAPO has yet had that little spark of insight that would seem obvious to a reader ~ Leaders are made or broken on the backs of critical decisions that have no guarantee of success.

Obama cannot even bring himself to make a decision for fear of how it will affect his popularity.

WTH makes the 0 administration think that reminding this reporter of the President's responsibility to make big decisions won't tip off the readers to the likelihood he's never been there and couldn't find it with a map?
