Hey! Don’t insult quilting! Quilting is takes skill, an eye for design, and a lot more patience than I have.

Goodall damn well better invite Rush there as well to directly respond to Sharpton.... I doubt Rush would spend his time addressing the Pimp. He might send Snerdley but Snerdley would disdain such a task.

I wish I had seen that article as it sounds like it made some very interesting points.

I am also confident that teams that "lose money" still represent a very sound investment for the owners, as evidenced by the person you speak of.

Also, quite often the people who really have a lot of money or the ones who advertise it the least.

Will he dare play a black quarterback?

Possibly. But I'm betting that it wouldn't be Donovan McNabb.

I thought Limbaugh was a Steelers fan.

The Steelers aren't for sale.

Surely Mz. Sleastack would be fine with Chavez or Castro owning an NFL team.

It seems stats on the profitability of various franchises is a bit difficult to find.

Forbes does an article on it every year. Here's the 2008 figures. Suffice it to say that all but a handful make money. Even the Rams made over $22 million.

...and just who the hell is Carol Slezak?

I don't know, but I've listened to her just enough to know that she's a prostitute.

“Like “Reverend” Al Sharpton has any real credibility... Why that man is not in jail for incitement to riot, extortion, and perpetrating a fraud I’ll never know.”

Done forget about tax evasion just like his buddy jesse jackson.

Roger Goodell on Rush Limbaugh’s bid for St. Louis Rams:
“NFL is no place for divisive comments”

I have cancelled my NFL cable channels and will not participate in any NFL activities, including attending games. They’ve made the game about politics, which is very sad. Let Olbermann and his liberal lot have it.

It’s clear the writter never listed to Rush for more than a few minutes at a time. And maybe only a couple of times at that.

She meant the Cardinals in baseball just lost in the baseball playoffs recently. The ARIZONA Cardinals were in the Super Bowl. They moved from St. Louis to Arizona years ago, which left St. Louis open for the Rams to move there, I believe it was in the 1995 season.

This witch who claims to be a writer needs to go back and listen to the ESPN tape of the comments about McNabb.

She should turn in her pencil for this crap.

What’s next? The CZAR who can decide who can own what?????

“If he does get the team, wanna bet that he’ll be very much admired by all the players.”

I think that’s precisely what they’re afraid of.

Also, quite often the people who really have a lot of money or the ones who advertise it the least.

"The millionaire next door" is a good example of that.

Also, being a weird statistic junkie, guess the most commonly owned vehicle for millionaires.

Ford F150.

How about quoting Sharpton in defense of Michael Vick? This writer has got some real issues....””

Sharpton has NOT ever apologized for the Tawana Brawley fiasco.

His charachter is open for all to see and hear.

Jackson has bastard kids, and has NEVER been a true Reverend- he has NEVER had a church or a congregation.

Both of them, along with Rangel and Dingle should be ashamed of themselves for “leading” the black citizens of this country into a morass they may never get out of.
