This is a copycat killing (if it was a killing) of the Communist murder of Czech leader Jan Masaryk in the late 40’s.
He climbed out a window that was higher than himself and was not accessible from the floor.
Let’s call this technique of murder the “Masaryk Syndrome.”

I was just joking that someone kept a guy living in room 1701 to throw people down the stairwell (from the 17th floor) that someone wanted to get rid of.
Don’t be silly of COURSE they do, but unfortunately they were down that day due to technical difficluties!same old,same old ;D
