Something is not right here, Did they ever release the State Department opinion written by Harold Koh. I think they are hiding that for some reason.
I would trust DeMint over Kerry.

DeMint has already asked for it and was declined. I hope someone does pursue it, The fact they want it kept sealed is even more reason to see it.
