Cuellar (TX) is an apologists for La Raza and is as liberal as they come. Not a blue-dog.

Cuellar is a member of the blue dog coalition, meaning he's pro-life unless the position is inconvenient.

He used to be a trial lawyer until he became a professional politician. His district is gerrymandered from Austin all the way to his hometown Laredo. He got 66%+ of the 2009 vote. Nancy would never ever have been allowed him to vote against Obamacare in his safe district.

I imagine he's got ambitions to head the Agriculture committee and get his "fiscally conservative" hands greased to the elbow.
