"because I hate all people equally."

Finally an unbiased and nondiscriminatory person who says what they mean, and means what they say! You should run for office!

LGF was just another in a long list of faux conservatives such as their good buddy Hugh Hewitt, throw in Michael Medved, Fraum, Romney, Bush ,Bush, Bush, Brooks, McCain, McCain Goober Huckaby, Goober Grahmn and on and on. They were just honest enough to finally came out of the closet.

Down with the double agents, rats all of them....

The moderate voice? Well that confirms one thing for me. My assumption regarding people who call themselves moderates is once again proven to be 100% accurate.

Count one, the guy mentions fascism and the word Obama is nowhere to be seen.

Why read deeper? Credibility isn’t suddenly going to pop back into this little exercise.

My grandma told me the same thing, but TRUST me, I would not survive the vetting process. I mean, faced with my own misdeeds, I would literally DIE from shame. I'm better off not remembering most of it.

What is a Little Green Footballs - something Nerf came out with?

More appropriate name would have been Little Green Mushrooms, or Little Green Dingleberries.

Like all little girls, Charles ran to daddy when he got scared after 9-11. Now that he’s been consoled he can go back to playing with his dolls and tea sets. It’s okay Charles, when you get scared again, we’ll still be here to protect you.

re: 58

Excellent observation. Of course, he would have to actually have some core beliefs and not just momentary or convenient positions.

Is this your list, or is this some list you selected from someone else supposedly exemplifying what “moderates” think about conservatives ?

Without recognizing that 0bama’s policies epitomize fascism, he’s showing us that he’s a big lefty that still thinks the Nazi’s were “right wing”.

It's always good to ask people like Chucky or those who believe he was ever "conservative" why they were ever with the "right". Except for new personalities like Sarah Palin and Obama all of the other principles of conservatism have always been around.
As far as I know conservatives have never fallen for the global warming or putting babies in a blender to get their stem cells. Was he duped by people he thinks have far inferior intelligence?
Another good question is would he want his sons to be denied a job, a promotion, or a college position based on the color of their skin. Really he's against it? That's funny because that is exactly what the Democrats/liberal/progressives are all about.

One of the main reasons, i.e. lying about and stereotyping their opposition as support for their position, that I long ago parted ways with the left. This list is not from someone who walked away from the right but is from someone who embraces leftist hate and chooses to devote his or her time to adding to such hate.

There is so much hate-fomenting myth in this list that it would take quite some time to detail it but just as an example, let’s consider “climate change” or whatever label the left is slapping on it this week. These are matters largely considered within the realm of science. Conservatives have great respect for good science. Good science is a process of theorizing about relationships between aspects of our universe and then gathering the best empirical evidence possible to tear down the theory. This process results in improved theories and survivors among theories. This process works through the relentless pursuit of evidence and a rigorous adherence to the scientific method. Complex systems such as climate and its short-term relative, the weather are not yet predictable, by currently available methods, with the degree of precision many people claim. Conservatives see science as the approach to understanding climate (testing theory), making predictions (applying theory), and pursuing whatever remedies might be effective if needed (engineering).

Leftists/socialists use emotion and propaganda to achieve understanding, motivate action through propaganda and intimidation, and apply personal ideology and vendettas when selecting remedies to the perceived problem.

To the conservative, a complex system is a daunting scientific challenge. To the leftist, a complex system is a welcome opportunity to avoid reality and apply ideology. In this regard, leftists are anachronisms—they represent the dominant method of learning and problem solving that preceded the scientific revolution. That kind of thinking is what keeps a society in the dark ages.

Guess we are not the only ones who departed Charlie's blog.

Which is probably the reason for this opus. It's the blog equivelant of "You can't fire me, because I quit!" So he's casting his lot with the other side. He's already lost his audience on the right.

I've never read LGF, but if that's his/her list, s/he never was part of “the right”. The list demonstrates a complete misunderstanding of what conservatives believe and stand for. Not that the MSM will ever understand that....

LOL, one time JimRob posted an article a few months back and I, being the smarta$$ that I am, replied “you signed up in (insert year here) just to post this???” Got a good chuckle from that, LOL.

I happened to see Atlas ranting against him and that is why I decided to visit the site a few weeks back.  Totally different group posting there than the ones I was familiar with.

I stopped going because I noticed a lot of his postings were leaning a bit to the left and grew bored with it.  Now he's a full blown liberal?  Strange indeed.

Good luck, he gets free reign to spread progressive propaganda on FR. I don’t know what kind of blackmail material he has on who, because I’ve seen people zotted for far less.

Ive never visited the blog so I don’t really know. A lot of otherwise liberal types fell in with conservatives after 9-11. Like women, they ran into the safe arms of the neocon and said “Hold me! I’m scared!” Then, when the neocon dream turned out to be a fairy tale, they got a little sour on it. 8 years out from 9-11, many of them have gone back to being liberals. Maybe that’s what happened to this guy.

His new found delight in having sex with his fellow man is the only reason that he turned to satan and his minions... for the left is aligned with evil.
