The EPA declaration does, in fact, constitute a revolutionary takeover of the society. It is not yet successful and at the moment is but a putsch. If it stands then the Constitutional Republic will have ceased to exist.
The company I work for paid a $250,000 fine (negotiated down from $500,000) for not filing a proper form. We truly thought we were in compliance, but the regulations are so confusing nobody really knows until you’re fined. The company rep who went to the EPA office in Atlanta to fight the charges claims they had a banner hanging on their office building in support of Gay and Lesbian Week, and the inspector who fined us and the people he talked to there had foreign accents so thick he could not understand what they were saying.

What most people fail to realize is that government workers are the “dumbest of the dumb”. Nobody in the private sector will hire them, they spend more time trying to justify their existence and get someone to “supervise” so they can move up, and what work they do perform is BS.
Congress can immediately take legislative action to correct this situation with the EPA. All they need to do is pass a one sentence bill that removes EPA jurisdiction over the regulation of atmospheric CO2. Problem solved.
Each and every one of us should ask our elected representatives whether they support this approach. We should ask every candidate for election or re-election to Congress this November whether they would be willing to co-sponsor such a bill

52% of Americans voted Obama, and most didn’t have the first clue what Obama was about. But they did know he was the cool black guy. Those people will vote again in ‘12.

And that’s how we ended up on the short end of the stick. Sure, we don’t need the media’s approval, BUT, the media misinforms a huge number of Americans. Your attitude of not needing public institutions extends to the schools. Conservatives left the crumbling schools, and now we have 2+ generations of Americans who were educated by liberals and they accept socialism as being superior.
Back when catalytic converters were first mandated, my mechanic showed me a communication from the EPA about removing them. Naturally, it pointed out that it was illegal before 50,000 miles. But if a service station had to remove one, say for damage or defect, it was supposed to mail the damaged/defective cc to the EPA.
Further down the page, it said that if a cc had to be replaced, the service station had to keep the removed cc on file, presumably indefinitely!
Maybe there was a typo (or a lot of typos!) since corrected, but I read it about three times and just kept saying, "Huh?"
... “Why aren’t the refineries, chem plants, businesses, etc. crying foul?” ...
Some are looking to profit from the coming crackdown on CO2.
