YES!! If you hesitate for one moment in taking an aspirin during an heart attack, and deprive your family (and this family) of your presence prematurely. Have a plan ready, in case that moment comes.

If you are one of those people like me that takes a daily .81 mg Aspirin, take it in the evening, not in the morning. It is more effective in preventing a Heart Attack. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've not heard that before. Why morning?

If memory serves, it has something to do with the Aspirin being dispersed throughout your body while you sleep.
Most Heart Attacks happen in the morning or the last phase of sleep, so the Aspirin would be most effective taken before bedtime.
