No. Not this time, With all due respect (and I mean it) We have had it with corruption. It stops now, and the PEOPLE will rid Washington, Springfield, Albany, Sacramento and the rest of the towns, cities and states of this scourge. The thievery, the lies, the socialism stops now. Liberty and honesty are requirements along with national security and demanding the truth from all elected and appointed officials. This is a start.
They will delay and delay as long as they can.
I’m not a constitutional scholar, but I would think the USSC would have original jurisdiction and would rule fairly quickly. I could be wrong, though.
BUMP for post 36
10-4!
“Will Democrats Delay Seating Scott Brown?”
Is the Pope Catholic? Is Obama a commie? Do Favre and the vikings stink to high heaven?
Voting is different from seating a lawfully elected senator whose oath is to support and defend the constitution, not the constitution of the dimmocrat party. Any attempt by those lefties to not seat him in my view is an affront to every citizen of the US, again in my view. BTW, whether one pays taxes in Massachusettes is not relevant as any such requirement to vote in a state has long ago been held not constitutional.
If Brown wins, and thats a BIG if (remember Minnesota?), it won`t matter if they delay seating him or not. They are going to ram Obamacare down our throats.

And how many in here actually believe the donks won`t steal this “election?”
I’m not either but that makes a lot of sense.
Can they delay the election for a week because of "inclement weather"?
“ACORN, MoveOn, SEIU, and the Kennedys themselves will never allow Brown to win this thing. Get ready for Minnesota all over again. Weeks and months of recounts, with nothing but liberals doing the counting, until Coakley is pronounced Masachusettes Senator.”
Exactly. Anyone who thinks Brown will win this is fooling themselves.
That's the contention that Republican lawyers are making - it's Massachusetts law. But we know what happens when established laws don't suit the MA political class, don't we?
“Can they delay the election for a week because of “inclement weather”?”
I don’t think so. I see the latest forecast has reduced the snow total to 3.8” in Boston. That’s still enough to stop the libs.
Airport in Sioux Falls, SD is "SUX" - no kidding.
After Election Day, Kirk is no longer a senator, and cannot vote. So sayeth Fred Barnes:

I have a slightly different take on the matter than the conventional wisdom.
I believe the Democrats want to lose. Think about it.
They know healthcare is a dog. They know it is leading to their demise.
Now of course the villan 0bama will take a healthcare victory any way he can get it, but all other Democrats are seriously looking at their own survival.
Surly they have come to the conclusion that the only way out is for a Republican filibuster to succeed. They cannot kill it themselves, as much as they now wish it would go away. They need the GOP to do it, then Democrats will be able to go to their base and denounce eeeeeevil Republicans for killing HCR, while dodging the worst of the voters’ wrath in November.
So, in other words, he said yes.
