Just for argument sake, let's say your are unused to, or feel weak or unsure about....being more sure...of what you already feel about a subject. I say, go for it. Hold that thought as if it is a real physical thing, and then start comparing it to what you see, hear around you.
In that way, you can adjust that first impression, and benign to add bits of reality to it, or illuminate parts that were delusion or you didn't have the information for.
Now the first 'real' thought, becomes a second 'real' thought. Mostly like the first, but a bit different.
In this way, you will get comfortable with holding views, and testing them, and changing them as more information becomes available. And, you will be comfortable with also, never quite having an complete picture, and always an open mind.
Now that is why the elites don't like that ....for you. You will become stronger. They will paint, make, sell, advertise, speech, campaign, propagandize you. But you will be able to take what they tried to enter your mind with, and be able to hold it like a test tube to a strong light, and turn it around and wait days, weeks, years to see if it changes or is what they wanted it make you believe it is.
I know it sounds crazy, but we are all under attack, mentally all the time.

The correct grammar/punctuation would be no apostrophe, as the use of "Islamophobes" is plural, not possessive. :-)
