Over the past couple weeks, suddenly there have been many more articles about Ceritificate than during past months.
Yesterday Marc Levin was complaining about some reporter equating the 'birfers' with armed militias and he was ranting about how in a country of 300 million folks, ALL of us are permitted to hold our own opinions.
I think that their plan to LAUGH IN SMUG POMPOUS SUPERIORITY at all things 'birther' has backfired in their faces --- and it couldn't have happened to a more deserving group of people.
I presume that McCain will go down with them, as he's now running a negative campaign ad about his "BIRTHER" opponent.
All these creeps should be JAILED.
Although IF Michelle & Barack would turn over all evidence they have, I wouldn't mind if they entered the witness protection program and remained free. But everybody else, EVERYBODY, no matter what party, no matter what affiliations and/or accomplishments should spend LONG sentences imprisoned, not house arrest, FEDERAL PENITENTARY.

He didn't actually do that. That's one of the many myths that circulates around here. It was Executive Order 13489. It has to do with Presidential Records. In essence, Obama was revising Bush's order, the same as Bush revised those before him. A short explanation is copied below.
“The preamble to the Executive order says:
[By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and in order to establish policies and procedures governing the assertion of executive privilege by incumbent and former Presidents in connection with the release of Presidential records by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) pursuant to the Presidential Records Act of 1978, it is hereby ordered as follows]
The key point in understanding what’s going on here is the definition of “Presidential records”. Here is the relevant passage from the Presidential Records Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 22):
[§ 2201 Definitions… 2) The term “Presidential records” means documentary materials, or any reasonably segregable portion thereof, created or received by the President, his immediate staff, or a unit or individual of the Executive Office of the President whose function is to advise and assist the President, in the course of conducting activities which relate to or have an effect upon the carrying out of the constitutional, statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties of the President.]
From which it is obvious that “Presidential records” are not those records being sought by eligibility doubters, namely documents created before Obama became President.

I think every single avenue needs to be worked.
But when it is revealed exactly how ineligible he is, and how and which entities have assisted the coverup, that will provide momentum to every other method of attack.
