Obama will go ahead with the carbon credits not because he believes in global warming but because he believes in taxing industry and controlling everything.
Not to mention that some of his supporters will reap huge amounts of money by running the trading in carbon credits.

Browner is appointed without scrutingy by congress yet is charged by The Obammunist with enforcing the most powerful political agenda, running EPA behind the scenes, making regulations, appointing apparatchiks.
