From the article:

“...it is not convinced the robotic radiosurgery system works.”

Is there a question about the effectiveness of the technology? Is there possibly a problem with the particular system installed?

Is there any possible reasonable explanation for this other than bureaucrats being bureaucrats?

"Coming to a US hospital near you."

Ignorant comment.

You think new technology will be as readily available as it has been under Obamacare? You better get your head out of your butt.

So tell me what wisdom you have to enlighten me about how Obamacare is going to or not going to affect new medical procedures, medical and pharmaceutical research or technological advances in the healthcare arena?

"You think new technology will be as readily available as it has been under Obamacare?"

Examine your phraseology which conveys that new technology has been readily available under Obamacare.
It should be amended to read: "You think new technology will be as readily available as it has been under Obamacare?"

No, because if it was a system issue then you would be reading something different.
