“disliked President George W. Bush”
A Muslim terrorist didn’t like Bush! I’d say that’s a positive for our former POTUS!

"I didn't take it for anything, since a lot of people didn't like Bush," Mr. Djuric said, "but he was a little bit strong about expressing it. Yeah, but most of them, in the US, are not Pakistani Musslemen from the NW frontier provencies. Should have said something dude. But fortunatly he was another incompentant bomber likely with incompetant (maybe the good ones are mostly dead, in "work accidents" and unfortunate encounters with guided weapons).

So why didnt this guy do it when Bush was in Office if he hated him so much? He had not yet made the trek back to his "home country" for training.

Frankly, I think we should hang the guy for treason. While we don't hang 'em anymore, this guy was a citizen, and he was certainly making war upon the United States.
It should be the Big Sleep for him, and sooner rather than later.
Of course the ACLU and/or CAIR will be there with lawyers and money (We have the guns!) to keep him alive as long as possible.

Mr. Shahzad is the son of retired Air Vice Marshall Baharul Haq, a former top Pakistani air force officer and deputy director general of the civil aviation authority, according to Kifyat Ali, a cousin of Mr. Shahzad's father. Mr. Ali, who spoke to the Associated Press, said Mr. Shahzad "was never linked to any political or religious party here" Now that is NOT GOOD. Air Vice Marshall is a two star, like a US Major General.

Sometimes, relatives would come to visit, she said, driving cars with New York license plates. Relatives or co-conspirators, or both?
