At first, I thought the speech might have been given somewhere where VERY large, black flies were part of the local fauna - Heck, here in South Georgia, we have a different flying bug for every season, lol, AND they ALL bite : o But this was IN the Whitehouse!!

The flies are attracted to the Chemically preserved but not well preserved enought to completely slow the rotting of some poor half american Kenyan who was int he wrong place at the wrong time before his flesh was ripped off to be placed around a Terminator T-101 which we now call President Barack Obama.
I hear this happened in the 70’s sometime....
