the ability to criticize politicians when they do things like nationalize 1/5 of the U.S. economy Don't worry the ability to criticize will still be available. There will be a large auditorium and we will be invited down to the podium to say what they want. When we are finished a helpful guard will assist in escorting us out a side door. If we don't have any criticism we can just sit quietly with our hands folded.

Why does ND keep electing those Dem morons?
Isn’t Sen. Johnson of SD the senator who had a stroke? Did he even recover enough to make his own decisions, or is someone making them for him?

I predict that Lindsey Graham will break the filibuster, because he does not want to be outed.OUTED???!?
Is there anyone on God's Green Earth that DOESN'T know that Lindsey Graham is a raving queen, a real screamer, a real "Whoops! Get out! Don't mind me dear!" limp-wristed caricature, a donut-punching rump-ranger?

"Senator Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) has filed for cloture on the DISCLOSE Act, S. 3628, which is intended to overturn the Supreme Courts decision in Citizens United and impose burdensome new disclosure requirements. The cloture vote will probably occur next Tuesday in a move that avoids committee hearings. If Reid can get 60 votes, then the Schumer/Van Hollen Sedition Act of 2010 will proceed to a vote. At that point, he will only need 51 senators who believe Congress has the ability to circumvent and restrict the First Amendment"He doesn't have the votes for cloture.

When the Constitution says “No Law”, that doesn’t mean we can’t pass laws.
If you little stupid people went to Harvard and Yale like us, you’d understand.
Now pay your taxes and have a nice day. :)

I guess this creates quite a dilemma for the newly minted right-wing Senator McCain of McCain-Feingold fame. What does he have to say about this unconstitutional monstrosity?

The ironic thing is his primary is still a month away and he won't be able to turn lib until afterward.
So many things decided by a late primary, who would have guessed how that late date would change things........

Schumer/Van Hollen Sedition Act of 2010Soon the Republicans will be in charge. What will the left do when they're not allowed to attack? That's all they know how to do.
Evey law being written today will eventually be in someone elses hands. They'd better be careful what they wish for.
