Actually, jurisprudence has traditionally recognized that marriage is more than a contract, which is why it has not allowed individuals to create their own personal standards, but rather they must submit to the state in cases of divorce or inheritance.
Marriage is about children and their rights, which your theory does not address. Children have a right to their own natural mother and father whenever humanely possible. It is a grave wrong to deliberately create children by a third party or a third and fourth party in order to raise them in a disordered psychological situation.
It’s not all that healthy for you mentally, spiritually or physically - besides that it’s fine LOL. Having said that people probably have the right to do it despite those things. Just don’t ask me to pay for it, accept or condone it - I have that right!

It was in fact, the Jenny Jones Show . For in 1999 a Jonathan Schmitz was waiting for a supposed introduction to a friend. It was Scott Amadure, who pestered the life out of Schmitz and left things on his doorstep. He just would not leave the man alone, as he had asked. Schmitz shot Amadure and had a long, long sentence to serve.
The courts overturned a 29 million dollar judgment in 2002, I believe, against the show.
