It may not be illegal but it is not right, same as the 9/11 Mosque. These are the kinds of activities that rise to the level of impeachment. Abuse of authority is the proper venue for flushing the swamp.
I went to Navy electronics school there from September of 1962 until July of 1963. We used to refer to Yerba Buena as “Yogi Bear” island. Even then, almost fifty years ago, San Francisco was full of fruits and nuts.

Roll Call has stated that in early 2004, John Murtha “reportedly leaned on U.S. Navy officials to sign a contract to transfer the Hunters Point Shipyard to the City of San Francisco” and that “Laurence Pelosi, nephew of House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, at the time was an executive of the company which owned the rights of the land.”

It’s no wonder Pelosi and Murtha were joined at the hip and she supported him for House Majority Leader.
It was payback for the corrupt Murtha twisting the Navy’s arm on Hunters Point thereby lining Pelosi’s and her thug relatives pockets.
As time passes I’d bet there’ll be more of the corrupt dealings of the two come to light.
