Simply stated these “demands” are to make sure those running things have read the contract. Also they say that the promoter screws them on the way out so they have to get everything they can on the way in.
Not sorry to tell the MSM that specific requirements on a contract isn’t unusual or a new thing.

There’s nobody who would rightly consider a 3-star Doubletree as a ‘luxury hotel’.
Well, the Doubletree is a nice hotel, and I'm surprised it's only a 3 star, but it's certainly not a luxury hotel. However, compared to the freeway motels available in Turlock, it probably could be classified as "luxury". It is in fact, an old Red Lion Hotel, and they were very consistently good hotels.
BTW, that hotel was the HQ for Scott Petersen and crew when they were "looking for his wife".
Luxury is Michelle’s $6500 a night in Spain, not Palin’s $100 a night in CA.
LOL...but I believe the Doubletree Modesto has a Presidential Suite...most of the Red Lions did.
