Damn it.

Smiling takes 6.

He must have a sticker plastered on his forehead that says “Do Not Embarrass”.

She said opening up such evidence could be an "embarrassment" to the president, and it's up to Congress to call for impeachment of a sitting president.

Uhh, judge. Do you even read the cases on which you are supposed to be ruling ? Lakin isn't asking for impeachment and this case has nothing to do with impeachment.

Army Col. Denise R. Lind is an embarrassment to justice
who has proven that NAZI Germany/Caligula/HoChiMinh
could easily find a “home” in America
– despite the US Constitution which she swore,
and eagerly lied, to uphold.

Obama sleaze has infected the military.

There are now no institutions left in our society that have any integrity.

It’s all about power and wealth and maintaining it.

"embarrassing to the President"

Does the judge mean that exposing a fraud might be embarrassing? As if he doesn't KNOW what these records indicate?

If Obama is indeed a foreign national, then some group of people had to come to a conscious decision to press forward with a Presidential run despite the potential consequences... figuring that this perpetual judicial stall tactic would be their defense. There's simply no other way that could have been planned out -- unless, of course, he's actually legit... but then why go through all of this defense?

“...the military is no place for Barak Obama’s presidential eligibility to be evaluated”

Well... if NOT in the Military then, Jesus Christ!!!!!!!!!... WHERE? These are the people who enlist voluntarily, put their lives, families and fortunes on hold to carry out the directives of the CIC ... and often at the risk of their VERY LIVES!

If this flies does it give precedent to future Court Martial(s) seeing same defense? “releasing that evidence might embarass the General/Colonel/Major/Captain”, etc.

So now any Private who got a dishonorable discharge does not have to disclose that fact.

The Embarrassment Card has just been added to the deck for everyone to play.

What happened to “transparency” and full disclosure?

Went out the window with "hope" and "change".

It’s sad, but in so many cases the loyalty of women and minorities have been purchased by the bureaucracy through the dispensation of special favors and privileges.

Of course Obama is an embarrassment, but the courts also have an opportunity being given to them to stop it.

A career officer in the U.S. Army acting as a judge in the prosecution of Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin today ruled that the military is no place for Barak Obama's presidential eligibility to be evaluated.

Theres no BETTER place, considering a usurper is responsible for sending military personnel into harms way.

““embarrassment to the president”

The exact WRONG thing to say”

No Kidding! How much play will that statement get in the Lamestream.

If it was said of a conservative, the MSM would be all over it forcing the issue.

" The Embarrassment Card has just been added to the deck for everyone to play."

That's a very Interesting point: I'm sorry, Judge, I wasn't aware that "embarrassment" was a legitimate legal defense:

Rung up for soliciting prostitution? "Your honor, these charges should be dismissed and sealed because they would otherwise be an embarrassment to my client."

or "No, your honor, my client Mr. Madoff should be exonoerated of all charges as a result of the national embarrassment this case has been to him."

This ruling should be appealed on that basis alone!!

Wasn’t that Obama’s approach in his Illinois senate race-—opening the divorce and custody records of his opponent, Ryan? As I recall, the “embarassment” brought upon his opponent forced him out of the race, giving the senate seat to B.O.

She said opening up such evidence could be an "embarrassment" to the president,

That's the highest form of ignorance I think I've seen yet. We're not opening the evidence because we are afraid of what we may find.

Also interesting, she already has cause to believe (somehow) that the records may be embarrassing.

IMHO...the judge was told if the case went forward...impeachment would be the outcome eventually

Where do you start commenting on the stupidity of that statement?
