Originally, the Tweeter Universe declared that CONGRESS would be embarrassed; then that changed to Barry Steven Soebarkah would be EMBARRASSED.
So, where is WND getting its “facts” to write the above article?

By that admission alone, one becomes suspicious.
What about the COLB we were told was the definitive answer? Is it therefore NOT definitive? There must be some brave judge somewhere with the nerve to address this Constitutional issue.
Was he born in America? Did he become an Indonesian citizen? Did he register as a foreign student? WHO IS THIS MAN?
So a good and honest citizen, soldier and doctor must sit in jail to prevent a member of the Elite Ruling Class from embarrassment.
I missed that part of our Revolutionary Heritage. I missed that part of our Constitution. I missed how in any way that might called “just”.

I'm unsure where WND is getting this detail that Barry Soebarkah would suffer embarrassment.
Some posters on that thread concluded that this judge had purposefully & intentionally by her comments opened up a wide freeway direct to the Supreme Court for an appeal of her decision.
So... some found this to be a very positive outcome; while others wondered if Sotomayor & Kagen would recuse themselves -- because if they do, the conservative judges are in a majority.

Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin is being detained at the locked psychiatric ward of Walter Reed, where he is released daily to go to work, THERE, where he doctors soldiers recuperating from war wounds.
Do you actually believe that the country would come to a halt if either of those scenarios were the case? He lies every time he opens his mouth, ALL of the people around him are either crooks or radicals and he is an admitted drug user. Who his dad was is not going to make a difference.
If Frank Marshall was his father, there would be NO question of him being a Natural Born Citizen.
