Cato Policy Analyst Tad DeHaven: Actually, the U.S. economy has lost 2.7 million jobs since the stimulus passed and 3.4 million total since Obama was elected. How he attributes any job gains to the stimulus is the fuzziest of fuzzy math.”
To: Leo Farnsworth
“Yes. Turned the wrong way at the corner - directly into the bad neighborhood.”
Yep. And how can you get out of the bad neighborhood? You put the car in reverse (”R”) instead of driving ahead (”D”). And what do R and D also stand for? Yes, they...
...Okay, I’ll stop with the stupid Obozo analogies. ;-)

I was going to say “turned a corner into a blind alley” but your comment is just as appropriate.

The corner they turned is a vertical corner...headed downward.

I guess it depends on how you look at it...but “over the cliff” could be interpreted as “turning a corner”.

Obama thinks his speeches are going to lift the economy because his policies sure as hell won’t.

Democratic National Committee Chairman Tim Kaine said Democratic candidates should be proud to run on the party's economic record this fall... This is, of course, a premeditated lie. (Originating in the WH?) It's a pump-up session for the press, most likely.
Luckily, it deceives nobody, as even the Dems know better.
Talk to any small or mid-size businessperson. He or she will tell you, without hesitation, that all employees are now more liabilities of unknown magnitude than they are assets; and, hiring is all but out-of-the question.
Such is the keystone of the Dems' economic record.

This is nice but I have to ask where is the RNC chairman to rebut what this clown is saying? The RNC does have chairman doesn’t it? Hello Mr. RNC Chairman, paging Mr RNC Chairman...no answer. And this clown circus wants my money? Yeah right!

Either we turned the corner, or we need a second stimulus. Can’t have it both ways. In reality, we don’t and won’t have it either way.
