The GZ Imam was THREATENING us on CNN. He says he cannot move his mosque because it is a “national security” issue...that if “he changes his mind now, the Muslim WORLD will explode...it will be worse than the cartoon issue”

Oo, this guy is SO clever in his taqiyya!

But it still remains taqiyya!!!!

I hope that any of you who are going to NYC to rally against the Ground Zero mosque this Saturday will make and carry signs that say: BUILD THE CHURCH, NOT THE MOSQUE!

I would love to see all the media with picture and videos of thousands of people with homemade signs that support rebuilding of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church instead of that horrible mosque of deception!!!!

Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, the religious leader behind plans to erect an Islamic center and mosque a few blocks from New York’s ground zero, said Wednesday night that moving it to another location would embolden Islamic radicals and help them incite violence against Americans.”

Wow, so moving the GZ mosque is now also going to result in even more than normal Muslim idiocy and bloodshed. The good Imam is a quick study. He’s seen how US leadership has kow towed to the Muslim threat on the Koran burning and he’s gonna run the same play on the GZ Mosque.

The Florida pastor may be a whack job, but if we roll over on this issue and allow them to stifle the 1st with these lunatic threats this is only the beginning. They can and will use this exact same threat everytime they want something and no one wants to be blamed for these idiots murdering more innocents.

We are playing squarely into their hands.

The imam tries to project an image of a quiet and thoughtful person but have you ever noticed how Osama bin Laden also projects that same image? If you didn't know what bin Laden did you would actually think that he was a soft-spoken saintly man.

Yes, bin Laden spoke in those measured tones, so very calm and deliberate. Same beliefs as a Hitler, without the harsh rhetoric. Imam Rauf had said that the burning of the books was a security issue. But I erred when I mentioned the "threat" he may have made, of worse coming from reactions of radicals. This being the reaction to the offending cartoons in Europe.Rather this was about forcing the mosques location elsewhere.

On a lighter side, I miss "Rage Boy" with his great mouth of perfect molars and his fiery eyes. One can deal with this, but others will listen to the "moderation" of the Imam. Very disarming he is indeed.

Rauf: Politicization for me, but not for thee!

"said Wednesday night that moving it to another location would embolden Islamic radicals and help them incite violence against Americans."

Predictable.

Simple. Tell Rauf anybody instigating violence against Americans will be found, summarily executed, and anonymously buried in a pigskin shirt - don't pass go, don't collect 72 virgins. Then do it.

That is the weirdest doublespeak I’ve ever heard from one of those guys. Inverted logic or something.

"If we move from that location, the story will be the radicals have taken over the discourse," Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf told CNN's Soledad O'Brien on "Larry King Live."

"The headlines in the Muslim world will be that Islam is under attack."

The imam, who repeatedly said his mission was to promote peace and build a bridge among faiths, said he was also speaking about "radicals" on both sides of the debate on the Islamic center. "Our national security now hinges on how we negotiate this, how we speak about it."

"The battlefront is between moderates of all sides... and the radicals on all sides," he said.

If the problem with moving it is that that that the headlines in the Muslim world will be that Islam is under attack, then his problem is with the Muslim world, not us. Why not lay the blame where it belongs?
