If this guy REALLY wants to apologize, he’ll exit politics immediately.

Romney should apologize and say it is basically the same as Obama care and that it didn’t work, because it is the truth and the right thing to do. That’s not the way Romney thinks, but it is the right thing regardless.

Too late for that. Some things can’t be fixed with an apology.

I do not want his apology--too little too late. Just go away Mitt.

Romney is just another establishment guy trying to get his turn. As far as govt. goes, he just doesn't get it.

Romneycare never passed. The dems filled his proposed bill with so much pork, he vetoed the bill due to the excessive costs. The dem legislators overruled him.

http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/42322.php

"The Massachusetts House on Tuesday voted "overwhelmingly" to override Gov. Mitt Romney's (R) vetoes to legislation that aims to expand health care coverage to nearly all of the state's uninsured residents, the AP/Boston Globe reports."

Who's trying to plant this seed, the Romney camp?

Apologize? No, admit it's a failure, admit it's a big government power grab and demand it all, Romneycare and Obamacare be repealed...

Mitt can start the rallying cry right now.

You don’t need someones permission to apologize or forgive. He should do it because it’s the right thing to do. He can’t win the nomination, but he still can help the party.

Yeah yeah yeah we know. but he started it and gave them the impetus to start it all.

You also leave out the fact he has been praising the plan ever sense up until this year, even AFTER the dems changes...

We know all about it, it is a sorry defense...

I want to find a candidate who doesn’t need to apologize for former (really?) liberal views. That fact that he supported big government programs and killing the unborn in one of his past political lives makes him untrustworthy. You reap what you sow.

“He should do it because it’s the right thing to do. He can’t win the nomination, but he still can help the party.”

If he wants to help the party he should smear his naked body with molasses, roll in corn meal, and jump in a pen full of starving wild boars.

As I said in an early post on this subject of the iconoclastic arrogant Romney:

"Although I may insult some people who read these posts that are Romney supporters, how can anyone not see that for an alleged republican to be elected Governor in the most liberal sate in America, Massachusetts, is a Rino is beyond me! They have to be brain dead! There is nothing conservative about him, or republican for that matter. He has very few, if any, conservative principles and on top of that is a liar of the first magnitude and right up there with Obama. As you may gather, I don't care for the pompous a$$!

I don’t see how Romney can be a serious candidate unless he does say he was wrong. But then if he does, he really hurts his candidacy too.
